You may be able to obtain a loan from a U.S. bank if you have a co-signer.  The co-signer would have to be a creditworthy U.S. citizen or permanent resident.

The International Education Finance Corporation (IEFC) is a private company that assists students with two loans:
. Canadian Higher Education Loan Program (CanHELP) for Canadian citizens who
  attend college in the U.S.
. The International Student Loan Program Alternative Loan - for international students who
  attend college in the U.S.
