Microsoft Excel I

Upon completion of this demonstration, participants will be able to:

  • Set up a workbook
  • Do data entry and editing
  • Format cell values
  • Perform calculations
  • Change document appearance (add images, define themes, format columns and rows)

Microsoft Excel II

Upon completion of this demonstration, participants will be able to:

  • Use filters
  • Use sort and organize data into levels
  • Create charts and graphics
  • Use more advanced data tools such as text to column, data validation, etc.

Microsoft Excel: Tables & Pivot Tables

Upon completion of this demonstration, participants will be able to:

  • Create Excel Tables
  • Summarize and analyze data using Excel Tables
  • Utilize formulas and functions in Excel Tables

Microsoft Excel Functions

This advanced workshop will introduce the participants to Excel’s most widely used Functions in categories of Lookup and Reference, Logical, Statistical, Mathematical, Date, and Text. This training will assume participants have prior basic knowledge of the Excel program or have attended at least the Excel 1 workshop.
