Faculty Development Support

CETL Teacher and students in discussion

The Center for the Enhancement of Teaching & Learning (CETL) is a university-wide unit which supports faculty, staff, administrators, and teaching assistants in their professional development activities, including the promotion of innovative teaching and learning, scholarship, leadership, and service. The center provides a nexus for information on and support of leadership, mentoring and professional networking. The center also advocates excellence in college teaching and orchestrates resources for proactively meeting the professional development needs of university faculty and staff. In keeping with the educational mission, CETL conducts ongoing workshops on instructional strategies, pedagogy, academic technology, and web-based teaching and learning. Please email CETL (CETL@unco.edu) to learn more about the support they provide. To better support UNC faculty, staff, and Graduate Teaching Assistants, CETL welcomes feedback and suggestions on services provided and programs offered. Please send any feedback to CETL.
