Parking

Campus Police Station

UNC Parking Services manage an efficient and self-supporting system of parking lots, which are designed and maintained to promote safety and provide an orderly traffic flow.  UNC Parking Services gets no funding from the University or Student fees, but relies on permit sales and lot enforcement for its revenues.

Please note: All vehicles parked on University property at the Greeley campus must properly display a valid UNC parking permit.  Parking has a variety of permits for sale, including annual, semester, daily and hourly.  Most campus lots are enforced during regular business hours, 8:00a to 5:00p, Monday - Friday. Some lots are enforced 24 hours/day, 7 days/week.  All lots have signage at the entrance which lists the enforcement hours & days.  If you have any questions about a parking lot or the proper enforcement, please call (970) 351-1971 during regular business hours, Monday – Friday.  UNC’s Parking Lots are enforced year round.  Detailed parking/campus maps are available for free from Parking, and are provided at all Pay to Park machines across campus.

Please visit the Parking Services main website at http://www.unco.edu/parking for more information regarding parking information or the purchase of permits.  Annual permits are purchased online and can be bought outright or put on a monthly payroll deduction.

Note: For faculty members who teach at the Loveland, Colorado Springs, and Denver Centers, parking is free of charge as the parking lots are included in the building leases.
