UNC Field Experiences

This page is created in an attempt to coordinate field placement request from various UNC programs to school districts.

• For all field placements other than final student teaching in teacher education programs, please use Field Placement Request form. It can be filled out on-screen, then printed and faxed. Feel free to just print out and fill out by hand.
• We agreed that whatever connections we may have with specific teachers, all requests must come through building principals. Special Education programs are an exception; they will send requests to District 6 Special Education coordinator Vicky Hubbard. Send your comments and suggestions on how to improve the form.
• The form refers to the Field Experiences Guide, which allows principals and other people to see quickly what the experiences involve. Please send information to us so we can update it for partner schools.
