Jody Lawrence
Dr. Lawrence is an assistant professor in the elementary education department. She completed her Ph.D. at the University of Virginia, where she studied writers’ workshop and writing across the curriculum. Prior to her doctoral studies, Jody taught elementary school in the Boulder Valley School District. Currently, she teaches language arts courses, supervises student teachers, and serves as the associate editor of the Colorado Communicator. In her spare time, Jody enjoys hiking, biking, and skiing with her husband Jeremy.
