Dear Teachers of Gifted and Talented and Regular Classroom Teachers:
We are pleased to announce the Northern Colorado will begin new programs in the Master of Arts in Special Education: Teaching the Gifted and talented and the Gifted and Talented Specialist Endorsement program on the greeley campus starting Fall semester 2008 and the Denver/Lowry Campus starting Fall Semester, 2009.. The curriculum, developed through the collaborative efforts of UNC faculty and colleagues from the public schools and the Colorado Department of Education, specifically addresses the new standards adopted by CDE. You can earn a master's degree and/or endorsement as Gifted and Talented Specialist in a two year period.
