Course Registration
If you are accepted into a degree program, you will register for courses through the Ursa system. Your Bear Number will be sent to you by mail, and you will then need to use this number to create an Ursa account. Ursa is the online tool to register for classes, review financial aid, change your address, check campus announcements and access many other tools.
If you want to take one course through UNC, or you are in the process of applying to a program but have not been fully accepted, you will need to fill out and submit the Student Information Form to obtain your Bear number. Once you have a Bear number, you will register for your course(s) by using the Ursa system.
