email assigment for week of Oct. 31st
Since we will not be meeting on Halloween, I want you to respond to the assigned reading over email. Initially, I want you to respond by doing one of the following:
1. Presenting questions or comments you have about the article.
2. Responding to any of the questions Pat listed at the end of her excellent summary.
3. Responding to this question: "What is the difference (if any) between 'intentional learning' and Brophy's construct of 'motivation to learn?' How are these two constructs related?"
I also want you to repond to the comments or questions of some of the other students. You don't have to respond to every message posted. Just try to participate 3 or 4 times prior to Nov. 7th.
