Motivating Calvin
All students have some motivation problems and some students have all the motivation problems. Calvin is one of the latter. We need to do something about it. Your mission is to (1) identifiy and describe Calvin's motivational problems, (2) explain why the motivational problems are, well, problems, and (3) provide advice for Ms. Wormwood. Draw on at least two of the following motivation frameworks to complete this assignment: (1) Expectancy theory, (2) Self-regulation, (3) Goal theory, and (4) Self-determination theory.
