Dr. Ku is an Associate Professor of Educational Technology at University of Northern Colorado (UNC). He received his Ph.D. in Learning and Instructional Technology from Arizona State University (ASU) in May 2001. He also holds a MT Degree and BS Degree in Industrial Management from Arizona State University.

Prior to joining the faculty at UNC, Dr. Ku was a teaching and research associate at ASU. He taught computer literacy and technology in the classroom courses to preservice teachers, inservice teachers, and undergraduate students. He was also involved with PT3 (Preparing Tomorrow’s Teachers to Use Technology) grant project and PFF (Preparing Future Faculty) program at ASU. Dr. Ku has presented several papers at local, state, and national conferences and served as an Intern in the Association for Educational Communications and Technology (AECT) 2000 international conference in Denver, Colorado.

At UNC, Dr. Ku is currently teaching ET503 (Computers in Education) and co-teaching ET502 (Instructional Design) and ET604 (Advanced Design of Instructional Materials) courses with Dr. Linda Lohr. Dr. Ku’s research interests include technology integration in the classroom, computer-based instruction and training, instructional strategies, and cross-cultural comparison studies.
