Dr. Wes Leggett is director of the FLOW (Flexible Learning Opportunities for Windsor) Center in Windsor, Colorado. The FLOW Center is a technology and learning center which is open evenings and Sundays for student and community use throughout the school year.

Dr. Leggett worked in graphic design, aviation maintenance, and computer sales, training, software development, and management before entering the teaching profession. He earned his teaching degree in art education at Southwest Missouri State University, his masters in gifted education at Drury College, and his Ph.D. in educational technology at the University of Northern Colorado. He taught 10 years for Springfield Public Schools, 9 years for Southwest Baptist University, and 6 years for Drury College in his hometown of Springfield, Missouri before moving to Windsor in 1996 so he could attend, work, and teach at UNC. After serving as a parent volunteer for two years at Tozer Primary School and on the FLOW Center Advisory Council, Dr. Leggett officially joined the Windsor staff in 1998.

Dr. Leggett continues to teach as an adjunct professor for the educational technology program at UNC. He and his family enjoy living in Windsor and he is proud to work in a progressive school district with outstanding staff, enthusiastic students, and a supportive community.
