BAR AND SPECIALTY STATIONS

The Host or Cash bar set up is $125 per event. One station is sufficient for events up to 275 guests. Events exceeding 275 guests will require two separate bar stations. A fee of $125 will be charged for each station.

Any event serving alcohol is required to hire university security. Events serving alcohol must also serve non-alcoholic drink options. Cash Bar service will not exceed 5 hours and must end no later than 11pm.

Host Bar

  • Option 1: A pre-determined number of hours established by the host, not to exceed two hours in order to provide reasonable efforts for the safe serving of alcohol.
  • Option 2: Drink tickets can be purchased for $5 each and can be used for beer, wine, and mixed drinks.

In both options, once the host bar is complete, it will switch to a Cash Bar. An 18% gratuity is added to all Host Bars.

Full Cash Bar

  • Full standard bar service with guests paying for their own beverages.

Beer, Wine, and Soda Bar

Same rules apply as the Full Cash Bar option. Assorted beer, wine, and soda only. Setup is $90 for this bar.

Host Keg Station

Kegs are available for purchase only in addition to a host or cash bar. Kegs must be purchased as whole units...no half barrels or pony kegs. No refunds or credit will be given for unused product. The station will be closed when the Host or Cash Bar closes -or- when the keg(s) are empty, whichever comes first. The Keg Station will be set up as a separate station away from the Host or Cash Bar to avoid lines and to expedite service.

Standard options of Coors, Coors Light, Bud, Bud Light, Michelob, are $500 per keg. This cost includes cost of one bartender, tables, linen and equipment needed for the station. Disposable 16 oz beer cups will be used at this station. Prices will vary for other beer options.

One regular keg of beer will yield approximately 120 glasses of beer. Customers are allowed to purchase only one keg per 100 people. Cash Bar service will not exceed 5 hours. Host Bars are limited to 2 hours.

Italian Soda Station

Italian Soda Station is a great addition to serve non-alcoholic beverages to your guests. Club soda is mixed with a variety of flavors and served over ice with optional cream for the perfect cream soda. This refreshing and unique station is sure to be a hit with your guests.

The set up charge is $90 per station. This cost includes one barista, tables, linen, and equipment needed for the station. This station may be set up as a Host or Cash Station. Cash price and host tickets are available for $3 each. Bar service will not exceed 5 hours.

Station includes: club soda, assortment of at least six flavors (example: strawberry, peach, cherry, blackberry, peppermint, caramel, butterscotch), ice, heavy cream, cups, and straws.

Hot Chocolate Station

A popular option - especially for cooler weather. Rich hot chocolate mixed to order with a variety of flavorings and served with an assortment of toppings such as whipped cream and marshmallows.

The set up charge is $90 per station. This cost includes one barista, tables, linen, and equipment needed for the station. Station may be set up as a Host or Cash Station. Cash price and host tickets are available for $3 each. Bar service will not exceed 5 hours.

Infused Water Station

A colorful and flavorful addition to your next event. The station includes three clear water dispensers that are infused with citrus fruits, melons, and herbs. Flavors may vary. Station includes three flavored waters, cups and set up. The set up charge for this station is $75. Serves up to 50 guests. Refills (50 servings per refill) are $25.
