Breakfast - $10.25 per guest

All breakfasts come with Assorted Muffins, Fresh Fruit Salad, Chilled Orange Juice, Regular Coffee, Hot Tea, and Iced Water. Decaf Coffee available upon request for additional cost.

Any breakfast can be provided as a served meal for an additional $4.00

Add salsa and cheddar cheese condiment to any served or buffet meal for $1.50 per guest.

Minimum of 25.

    Choose either Plain, Cheese, Ham and Cheese, Onions, or Green Peppers.

    Filled with Sage Sausage, Bacon and Cheddar Cheese, and Chives
  • Quiche - Garden Blend
    Filled with Spinach, Tomato, Basil, and Mozzarella

    Citrus Cream Cheese and Wild Berry Compote

    Poached eggs served on Grilled Ham and an English muffin topped with Hollandaise sauce

    Two whole eggs baked in a large ramekin; choose up to two varieties

Specialty Station 1: UNC Waffles - $9.75 per guest

Fresh malted waffles (made to order in our very own UNC-logo waffle irons), served with a large variety of toppings. The setup fee for this station is $125. Add this to your breakfast option for $5.75 per guest.

Specialty Station 2: Hot Cereal Bar - $8.75 per guest

Specialty Station 3: Greek Yogurt Parfait Bar - $8.75 per guest
