Signature Salads

Our house salad is a mixture of iceberg, romaine, and field greens topped with tomato, cucumber, and black olives served with Ranch, Italian vinaigrette, and raspberry vinaigrette.

All are accompanied by house-made dressing designed to complement each salad.

Greek

Romaine lettuce, Roma tomatoes, Kalamata olives, and a slice of red onion, garnished with Feta cheese. Dressing: Caesar

Spinach Supreme

Baby spinach tossed with red onion, sliced mushrooms, bacon, black olives, and cherry tomatoes. Dressing: Honey Mustard

Titanic

Wedged iceberg lettuce garnished with tomato concasse, julienned carrots, and cucumbers. Dressing: Bleu Cheese

Mediterranean Cous Cous

Baby spinach and wild greens nestled in the center of seasoned cous cous with olives, diced Roma tomatoes and red onion. Dressing: Sundried Tomato Vinaigrette

Antipasti Insalata

Marinated artichokes, roasted red peppers, herbed olives, and red wine tomatoes served with romaine lettuce.  Dressing: Italian Vinaigrette

Chef's Favorite

Gourmet salad mix with Cilantro and Mandarin oranges dressed with Tequila Lime dressing.
