Served Luncheon

Up to two entrees may be selected for your event. Each selection must exceed 25 portions. In addition to the two entrées, a vegetarian entrée may also be selected. Vegetarian entrees under 10 portions will be "Chefs Choice". All lunches include bread, butter and beverages (Coffee, Water, Hot Tea, Iced Tea, or 2% Milk).

    • Boneless breast of chicken rubbed with jerk spice and grilled to perfection; served with grilled pineapple salsa; accompanied by chorizo paella rice and roasted bell pepper vegetable medley

    • Zucchini, yellow squash, eggplant, bell peppers, potatoes, carrots, and onions cooked in a rich coconut yellow curry sauce garnished with fresh chopped cilantro; accompanied by jasmine rice, red curry sauce, and fried cilantro

    • Tender southwest seasoned beef roasted to perfection and served chilled on a bed of hearty romaine; accompanied by Roma tomatoes, grilled red onion, corn and black beans, and chipotle ranch dressing

    • Buffalo seasoned with mild chiles and spices baked with a sweet roasted tomato sauce; accompanied by smoked cheddar mashed potatoes, and garlic vegetables
  • Green Tea Poached Chicken Salad in a Tomato - $7.75
    • Boneless chicken lightly poached in green tea with a hint of lemon is the base to this delicious salad. Stuffed inside a ripe tomato and dressed with a lemon herb aioli,
      accompanied by Mediterranean farro wheat salad, baby greens, and lemon herb aioli

  • Linguine tossed with Creamy Pesto = VG - $7.75
    • Served with broccoli spears and smoked tomato chutney
  • Teriyaki Chicken Salad - $8.75
    • Boneless breast of chicken is placed in a teriyaki marinade then grilled to perfection.   • Diplomats Beef Stroganoff - $8.25
    • Named after 19th Century Russian diplomat Paul Stroganov, this dish is sure to widely please your guests. Tender pieces of beef cooked with onions and mushrooms and finished with sour cream and a touch of fine brandy;
      accompanied traditionally by rice pilaf and summer squash

  • Citrus BBQ Salmon - $9.25
    • Salmon glazed with rich orange citrus BBQ sauce; accompanied by smashed red potatoes with roasted corn and braised greens with black eyed peas
  • Unwrapped Tofu Eggroll = VF, LF - $7.75
    • Firm tofu marinated in ginger garlic dressing served on top of fresh stir-fried vegetables, crisp eggroll wrapper, and stir-fried rice; accompanied by sweet and sour plum sauce, Oriental vegetables, crisp eggroll wrappers, and stir-fried rice
  • Grilled Garden Vegetable Lasagna = VG - $8.25
    • Tender lasagna noodles layered with basil and Ricotta cheese, grilled zucchini, yellow squash, red onion, eggplant, spinach, peppers, and ripe tomato sauce; topped with Mozzarella cheese; garnished with a Parmesan crisp
  • Aribiatta Pork with Penne Pasta - $8.25
    • Tender pieces of pork rubbed with chiles and spices ,served with a spicy sauce of tomato, garlic, chiles and herbs on a bed of penne pasta
