Seasonal Menus - Winter

The following special offerings are available to events scheduled between December 1st and March 4th. Due to our concern that the products offered at your event are of the highest quality and best value, these items are specially offered during this period and are not available outside these dates. Thank you for allowing UNC Catering to serve your needs.

Hors D'Oeuvres

  • Mini Baked Brie and Port Poached Pear Tarts (50 pieces) $65.00
    • served with a dollop of Port reduction
  • Smoked Salmon Canape (50 pieces) $78.00
    • served on a rye base with artichoke cream

Signature Dinner Salad

(Add $1.75 to your served Dinner to upgrade your salad.)

  • Hearty Spinach and Beet Salad
    • served with toasted walnuts, Bleu Cheese croutons, and a cranberry pepper vinaigrette

Served Breakfast

  • French Toast with Caramelized Pears $8.25
    • house made French bread, sliced thick and soaked in cinnamon egg batter, cooked and served with ripe pears that are sauteed in a buttery caramel sauce
    • served with: bacon, assorted muffins, fresh fruit, chilled orange juice, coffee, hot tea and 2% milk

Served Lunch

  • Cranberry Glazed Roasted Duck Salad with Grilled Pears $9.50
    • served on a bed of hearty romaine, spinach, and frisee lettuce with toasted walnuts, cranberries, cracklings, and grilled pears served with a honey orange vinaigrette

Served Dinner

  • Roasted Elk Tenderloin Medallions with Blackberry Port Demi $23.50
    • try pairing with our Winter side options of roasted sweet potatoes and cider glazed green beans

Vegetarian Option

  • Roasted Acorn Squash with Sour Cherry Honey Glaze $13.25
