Seasonal Menus
UNC Catering not only offers high quality standard menu options, but we also provide a special selection of seasonal items to bring added excitement to your next event. These items use products that are only available during those dates listed on the menu. If you are looking for something different that will make your event truly special, please consider our Seasonal Menus.
- Summer (May 26th - August 27th)
- Fall (September 15th - November 19th)
- Winter (December 1st - March 4th)
- Spring (March 31st - May 7th)
Menus will be published at least 30 days prior to the starting dates listed above. If you are planning a future event and would like to see a Seasonal Menu that has not been published yet, please contact an Event Planner at (970) 351-1315.
