The price of the champagne includes the pouring of the champagne into glass flutes and may be picked up at a cart or from designated areas. Non-alcohol champagne will also be provided in plastic flutes. For an additional charge of $8.00 per table, guests may be served at their tables. Non-alcohol champagne will be provided to guests less than 21 years of age. Cristal & Dom Perignom Cuvee will be table served at no additional charge.
The following options are available for liquor and beverage service:
Host Bar
- Option 1: A pre-determined budget is established by the host.
- Option 2: A pre-determined number of drink tickets may be selected at a value of $4.75 for a full bar.
In both options, the bar would become a cash bar once the maximum is met, or all tickets have been used.
Cash Bar
Full standard bar service with guests paying for their own beverages.
The Host or Cash bar must exceed $125 in sales or the customer will be billed the balance. A wine and beer bar must exceed $75 in sales or the customer will be billed the balance. Any reception lasting over five hours will be assessed $100 per hour for each additional hour or portion of the hour. Any event serving alcohol is required to hire university security at $50.00 per hour.
Host Keg Station
Kegs are available for purchase only in addition to a host or cash bar. Kegs must be purchased as whole units. No half barrels or pony kegs. No refunds or credit will be given for unused product. The station will be closed when the Cash or Host Bar closes or when the keg(s) are empty, whichever comes first. Keg Station will be set up as a separate station away from the host or cash bar to avoid lines and to expedite service. The Set Up charge is $190 per station. This cost includes cost of 1 bartender, tables, linen and equipment needed for the station. Keg prices vary and will be invoiced in addition to the Set Up charge. Disposable cups will be used at this station and will be added separately to the final invoice. Ask our Event Planning Office for an updated list of kegs available and prices. One regular keg of beer will yield approximately 120 glasses of beer. Suggested no more than 1 keg per 100 people
Italian Soda Station
Italian Soda Station is a great option for a non alcoholic offering to your guests. Club Soda is mixed with a variety of flavors and served over ice with optional cream for the perfect cream soda. Refreshing and unique station that is sure to be a hit with your guests. The Set Up charge is $120 per station. This cost includes 1 barista, tables, linen and equipment needed for the station. Station may be set up as a host station or cash. The Host or Cash station must exceed $125 in sales or the customer will be billed the balance. Cash Price and Host tickets are available for $3 each. Station includes: Club Soda, Assortment of at least six flavors (Strawberry, Peach, Cherry, Blackberry, Peppermint, Carmel, Butterscotch), Ice, Heavy Cream, Cups, and Straws.
Hot Chocolate Station
A popular option especially for cooler weather. Rich Hot Chocolate mixed to order with a variety of flavorings (Peppermint, Marshmallow, Carmel, Pumpkin) and served with an assortment of toppings; Whip Cream, Chopped Nuts, Marshmallows. The Set Up charge is $120 per station. This cost includes 1 barista, tables, linen and equipment needed for the station. Station may be set up as a host station or cash. The Host or Cash station must exceed $125 in sales or the customer will be billed the balance. Cash price and Host tickets are available for $3 each.
