Colorado Proud is a program run through the Colorado Department of Agriculture. The Colorado Proud Logo indicates a menu item that contains one or more Colorado Proud product. By buying locally grown, raised, and processed foods, you are not only receiving high quality fresh foods, but you are also helping Colorado's economy, local farmers, ranchers, manufacturers, and processers in your area.
