All Informal Buffets are served on plastic, with plastic utensils and cups, and paper napkins. Table linens are not included, but are available for $3.50 per linen. All Informal Buffets come with Iced Water and your choice of Lemonade or Iced Tea. All sandwich buffets come with Mayonnaise, Ketchup, Mustard, and Relish packets.
