All Dinner Buffets are served on china with silverware and glassware. Table linens and cloth napkins are included (your choice of color).

Entrée served with one selection from each of the starch and vegetable options and includes three salads: Tossed House Salad, Pasta Salad, Fresh Fruit, Rolls, and Butter.

  • Medallions of Beef in Mushroom Brandy Cream Sauce - $21.00
    • Tenderloin tail medallions in a rich brown sauce finished with mushrooms and Brandy, garnished with caramelized onions and bacon

    • Boneless breast of chicken marinated in Tequila, lime, and spices; grilled and topped with cilantro lime butter; garnished with sauteed zucchini and corn medley
  • Citrus Poached Salmon with Orange Thyme Hollandaise Sauce - $22.75
    • Salmon poached in a flavorful broth of oranges and lemons, served with a Hollandaise sauce; finished with fresh oranges and thyme; garnished with red and green onions
  • Seafood St. Jacques - $18.25
    • Shrimp, scallops, crab, and fish are combined with a rich white wine cream sauce and Parmesan cheese then placed in a nest of creamy potatoes, topped with bread crumbs and baked until golden; rich and creamy seafood delight
