UNC Catering provides many breakfast options for any type of event, ranging from light breakfast fare, buffets and served meal options, to brunch with action stations Our menu options cover everything from informal to formal events, with continental breakfast, buffets you can customize with your favorite sides, served meals for a formal business breakfast, or an action station that will really “wow” your guests. The mouth-watering brunch menu option includes an action waffle station, hot buffet, freshly made bakery items, cold sides, carved meat of your choice and a champagne cocktail station.
