Position Title
Student Coordinator for the Catalyst Social Justice Retreat
Supervisor
Associate Director, Student Engagement
General Responsibilities
- Work 5 hours/week during October and November; 10 hours / week in December and January.
- Attend Catalyst Planning Committee Meetings in the Fall Semester.
- Provide Administrative Support during Catalyst Processes such as Applicant Selection.
- Attend Catalyst (January 17-19, 2020).
- Assist with logistics during the retreat such as Check-in, setting up supplies, keeping food items stocked, and shuttling participants to the dining hall in a 15-passenger van.
- Assist with participant recruitment by promoting Catalyst with groups such as Student Senate, Fraternity and Sorority Life, Faculty Senate, etc.
- Work with the Office of Student Engagement Admin. Support to purchase needed supplies.
- Work with the Associate Director to furnish updated rosters to small group facilitators and the retreat host location.
- Assist with social media and advertising.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Full-time enrollment in a University of Northern Colorado degree program,
- A minimum of 24 credit hours completed and second-year student status (either at UNC or any other institution).
- A minimum GPA of 2.5.
- Moderate knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- A valid driver’s license and must obtain certification to drive 15-passenger vans from UNC. Certification can be obtained during employment.

$200/month (Oct.&Nov.) $400 (Dec.&Jan)
