Mission Statement

UNC Career Services, provided in partnership with faculty, staff, employer and community members, assist students and alumni to:

• Make effective lifelong career development decisions and develop skills to compete in a rapidly changing, global, competency-based and technologically-advanced society;
• Assess and test skills, competencies, and interests in a fair, equitable and standardized testing environment;
• Gain valuable experiential work experiences that support professional preparation;
• Obtain full-time professional employment and/or graduate school admission.

The Career Services Staff uphold and promote the fundamental values of honesty, trust, respect, fairness and responsibility as outlined in the University of Northern Colorado’s Honor Code.
