Basic Nutrition for Health & Wellness

09/22-10/13: Tuesdays, 6:00-7:30pm OR 09/23-10/14: Wednesdays, 11:45-1:15 pm.

$20 Students, $30 Non-Students

In this 4-week course, you will learn basic nutrition principles and information to integrate into your everyday life. Topics will include: food groups, calories, serving sizes, and reading food labels.

Located in the Campus Recreation Center

 

Behavior Modification for Weight Loss

10/27-11/17: Tuesdays, 6:00-7:30pm

$20 Students, $30 Non-Students

In this 4-week course you examine your personal eating style, environment, emotional eating, and physical activity as it applies to weight loss/management. It is recommended, but not required to have basic nutrition knowledge or to participate in "Basic Nutrition for Health & Wellness.

Located in the Campus Recreation Center
