New Cardio Equipment - Summer 2012!
Come in and check out the new cardio equipment at your Campus Recreation Center.
Woodway Curve
Woodway's Curve is a self-propelled treadmill that helps create proper running posture with its patented curved deck. The further forward you are on the deck, the faster the tread moves. This machine is also unique in that it draws no electricity from the building. It has a few double-A batteries to power the simple control panel. Whether you are a dedicated running enthusiast or a casual walker seeking a low-impact work-out, the Curve has something to offer everyone.
StairMaster Step Mill 5
Challenge yourself on the new StairMaster Step Mill 5 with the "Landmark Challenge Program" where users climb well known landmarks from around the world, like the Eiffel Tower and the Statue of Liberty. The new console also allows users to watch TV or listen to your iPod while working out. For iPod users, just plug in your device and your headphones into the adapter/charger cord and enjoy your work-out.
FreeMotion Incline Trainer i11.9
The FreeMotion Incline Trainer operates similar to other treadmills with one primary difference, it can incline to a 30-degree angle. This is the steepest grade of any treadmill on the market. For those users that enjoy the hills, this is the equipment for you. The Incline Trainer also comes with the ability to watch TV, listen to your iPod, and run on trails/roads from around the world.
Precor 885 Series (Treadmill, Upright & Recumbent Bikes)

2. Open your program (iTunes, Netflix, etc.) on your device.
3. Plug your device into the dock.
4. Plug your headphones directly into the machine for sound.
5. On the Precor Machines, the video may start playing behind your status screen. Just touch the video icon (bottom right) to view your video in full screen mode.
"Towel Mode" or Blank Screen:
