Wellness Education has developed a "virtual library" so you can find essential information related to various student health and wellness issues. In addition to finding pertinent information, you will also be able to look up on-campus programs and services available to students, as well as relevant links and resources available at the Wellness Resource Library.

Current health and wellness topics include:

  • Body image and eating disorders
  • Healthy eating and nutrition

Regular physical activity helps you control your weight, and reduces your risk for developing high blood pressure and heart disease.  Starting an exercise program can be overwhelming, so UNC Campus Recreation established the Living Well Program for Faculty and Staff!
