Information & Resources

The Fitness and Wellness program provides a variety of information and resources, both online and in the Campus Recreation Center.

Our Online Classes and activities include Tai Chi, stress management, healthy weight management, and a personal health and wellness assessment.

The Online Library provides information, resources and special event updates on body image and eating disorders, depression, healthy eating and nutrition, sexual health, sleep hygeine and stress management.

The Wellness Resource Library is located in the Campus Recreation Center and provides resources that can either be checked out or given away during your meeting or special event. Resources include books, CD's, games, posters, brochures and other miscellaneous items.

The Dowloads section provides informational podcasts that can be played on any mp3 player and bulletin boards that can be printed and posted anywhere.
