Group Fitness
For individuals who desire a group exercise experience, UNC Fitness Programs provides several drop-in Group Fitness classes throughout the week. We offer Cardio classes, Tone and Sculpting classes, Cycle classes, Mind/Body classes, Sports Conditioning classes and Mixed-Format classes.

tips for a great class experience
- Bring a water bottle and small towel to class.
- For your safety, please do not enter a class ten minutes after it has started.
- Cross training shoes work best for most classes.
- Please leave your backpacks and bags in the cubbie holes provided.
- Listen to your body and be aware of your Exercise Danger Signs .
