Classes are recommended for all fitness levels, unless otherwise noted.
Boot Camp: Test your body’s limits with this straight forward, no-frills workout modeled after military basic training. Work your entire body with various strength, cardio, agility, and flexibility drills designed to get your body into the ultimate training condition. Drop and give me 20! (Moderate to Advance)
BOSU Blast: BOSU stands for “both sides up,” this fun and unique piece of equipment will give you a great workout that challenges your agility and balance. This class is a great blend of cardio and strength, the first half of class will be a blend of all your favorite cardio options; low-impact, step patterns, and sports drills. You will finish up with strength exercises. Class is limited to 20 participants, so arrive early!
Cycle Express: Pressed for time, but need to get your cardio in for the day? Try this 30 minute ride that keeps you motivated and moving. Class is limited to 10 participants, so arrive early!
Cycle Insanity: Conquer simulated hills, mountains, and flat terrain for a full hour. This class is an overall fitness ride including interval, endurance, and strength portions, while you control the intensity and resistance to work at your own level. Class is limited to 10 participants, so arrive early!
Dance Fusion: Move, groove, & stretch. This expressive workout integrates all dance formats; jazz, hip hop, Latin, and more!
Hard Core: (Previously Power Abs) Tired of the same sit-up routine? This 30 minute class will challenge your abs and lower back to add strength and muscle tone.
Lethal Legs: Beware attendees may need to register their lower extremities as lethal weapons. This 30 minute workout is will strengthen and sculpt the muscles of your lower body, specifically hips, glutes, hamstrings, quads, and inner & outer thighs.
Mindfulness Meditation: FREE! Mindfulness is living in the present moment with awareness. The cultivation of mindfulness comes through meditation practice. Sessions include meditation instruction, practice, and discussion. Provided by Counseling Services.
Jump and Pump: One of the best ways to increase lean body tissue and decrease body fat is with intervals of anaerobic exercise. This class focuses on intervals of plyometric exercise (jump) and resistance training (pump). (Moderate to Advance)
Kickbox: Your classic kickboxing class format. This class features basic, moderate to high intensity moves and combinations of punches and kicks to get your heart pumping. 45 minutes of Kickbox and wrap up with 15 minutes of core work.
Pilates: A series of floor exercises focusing on form and breathing, which uses the resistance of your body and gravity to emphasize strength, flexibility, and postural alignment by developing and maintaining a strong core center and body.
PiYo: A powerful and soothing hybrid of Yoga and Pilates. Movements will be laced together to enhance strength and flexibility.
Sports Conditioning: This class is a dynamic, moderate-to-high intensity training session to inspire the athlete in all of us. Athletic based drills will be utilized to challenge your speed, agility, power, strength, and balance. (Moderate to Advance)
Step Energy: This mix level class will maximize cardiovascular benefits utilizing a variety of step choreography. 45 minutes of class will be on the step and finishing up with 15 minutes of core work and stretching.
Step & Sculpt: Use strength training equipment and a step in this unique cardio/sculpting combo class to get a full body workout
TNT: Tight N’ Tone! This integrative full body class will strengthen and tone the major muscle groups using your own body weight and all our “toys;” weights, stability balls, BOSUs, resistance tubing and more.
Ultimate Upper Body: Don’t forget about your upper body, this class will sculpt and tone your triceps, biceps, shoulders, upper & lower back, and chest in a 30 minute workout. Stick around for Lethal Legs right after Ultimate Upper Body for a full body workout!
Yoga: Take your fitness to a new level of peace and acceptance. Yoga is the connection between mind, body, and breath. Everyone can reap the benefits of better posture, increased flexibility, strength, and improved concentration.
