Taekwondo
Club Information:
The team finished their 2nd successful year as a UNC Club Sport. Taekwondo is becoming a sought after sport as the State is starting to form an official league. This year they had students walk away with first and second place in the Blue Belt Feather Weight category. Overall, the club is continually pushing themselves to improve by having belt testing three times a year. They have also been involved with a number of community service events, fundraising, and excelling in the classroom. Taekwondo had the highest team GPA for the year. The Club is lloking forward to this upcoming year to continue growing and expanding.
