Climbing
Club Information:
UNC Climbing is students, faculty, or staff who want to improve their climbing ability through practice, competition, and fellowship with other climbers.
The team is a member of USA Climbing, specifically of Collegiate Climbing Series. They are a part of the Colorado/New Mexico region. The club competes in several local competitions as well as some trips out to the Colorado wilderness.
2010-2011 Individual Accomplishments:
- Kyle Hartman won in the men’s Intermediate at the Mines competition Fall 2010
- Graham Knussman placed 2nd in the Men’s Beginner at the UCCS/City Rock Competition in March 2011
