Club Information:
A rapidly growing sport in Colorado and the Western U.S., women's lacrosse involves a competitive nature, important strategies, agility, and finesse. The UNC Women's Lacrosse Club competes in the Rocky Mountain Women's Lacrosse League, and their typical schedule includes nationally reknowned Colorado State University and the University of Colorado, as well as Denver-area club teams.
In 2006/2007 the Women’s Lacrosse Club competed in tournaments at Regis University and Oklahoma State University. In addition, the club traveled to Salt Lake City for three games, and they hosted their first home games in 2 years. With a new coach, the Women’s Lacrosse Club looks forward to building on the successes of this year and playing a full regional schedule in 2007/2008.
Practice:
Mon, Wed & Thurs, 5-7pm on Butler Hancock Field 3
