All practices are open for interested individuals.
Club Information:
The UNC fencing club is open to both competitive and recreational fencers. We provide all the necessary equipment and offer free introductory lessons for students. The modern sport of fencing is a far cry from the choreographed bouts you see on film or on stage. Instead of swinging from a chandelier, or jumping from balconies, you will see two opponents locked in an intense battle upon a six-foot by 40-foot strip with movement that is so fast that hits have to be scored electronically. The Fencing Club competed in the Colorado Unrated/U19 tournament at the South Denver Fencing Academy in February and came away with 3 Bronze Medals.

Dues:
$50 for the first semester (includes hooded sweatshirt)
$30 each semester thereafter.
