Symposia Registration 2009

Registration Forms

A $100 registration deposit is required.  If you pay the $100 deposit, the balance of $250 will be due in 30 days.  From Canada or Mexico, send U.S. funds by bank draft or U.S. money order.  School purchase orders are acceptable.

The Symposia include two, one week workshops with each week an independent course.  You can enroll in either of the sessions.  Each course has a workshop fee of $350 and optional tuition of $200 for two graduate semester hours of credit (graded S/U).  If you wish to attend part of a week, the cost is $150 per day (no UNC credit is available for part time).  A 15% discount is available for groups of three or more.

An acknowledgment of your deposit will be sent to you.  In the event of your cancellation, half of the deposit will be returned to you if notification is received two weeks prior to the specific workshop.
