What is Support U?
The Support U website provides detailed support for all technical issues at UNC including URSA, Banner, Blackboard, Phones, Smart Classroom, Desktop software, etc. This can be a “one stop shop” for researching and solving many of your support issues.
Navigation at the site is done via the menu along the left to access documentation on all the various software/systems at UNC.
In addition, the Support U site provides a tab along the top that enables you to submit a support ticket in writing instead of calling the help desk.

Blackboard Blog The blog contains up-to-date status information concerning Blackboard outages and maintenance. If you are encountering access issues with Blackboard, this would be the first place to check regarding a planned or unplanned outage.
