Log In and Launch Blackboard

1. Open your browser.

2. Go to http://bb.unco.edu to launch Blackboard Version 7.1
3. The Blackboard login page will appear. Click the "User Login" button.

4. On the login screen that appears, key your username. Your username is the first 8 characters of your BearMail email address (What's my BearMail address?).

5. Key your password. If you are a new user, your password is the same as your bear mail account.

6. If you have forgotten your password, call the TSC at 970-351-4357 OR click the "Forgot Password?" link on the login screen.

The screen that opens is the “My Blackboard” page. You will use this page to open your courses.
