New Support Model
Instructional Designers and Technical Support Center (TSC) are teaming up to provide a new Blackboard Support model to assist faculty with Blackboard technical problems and instructional help.
Calls concerning Blackboard support to the TSC (970-351-4357) will be recorded and immediately assigned to the best resource to resolve the issue.
Blackboard Regularly Scheduled Maintenance
Due to maintenance, Blackboard may be unavailable for the following regularly scheduled times. Refer to the Blackboard Blog for the most up-to-date information concerning its status.
