System Updates


Pop-up Blocker Issues when composing or replying to emails:
Students that experience stalled out sessions when trying to compose or reply to emails may have Pop-up blocking stopping the Bearmail application from running correctly.  To check for this issue follow the link above.  

Important Notice for AOL, Earthlink and CompuServ Users:
If your ISP (Internet Service Provider) is AOL, Earthlink or CompuServ, your
login attempt to our e-mail server will generate this error message:
"Session Timed Out: Log In Again."
This is caused by an issue with the Bearmail product and these ISP browsers.
If a user opens another supported browser window like Internet Explorer or Netscape and then tries to access the email site: http://blue.unco.edu - they will then be able to log into their email.  For more detailed instructions -
