Another trick to get your address book of email
contacts into text form, is to log into the email server at
http://blue.unco.edu or even in to the URSA portal and start to
compose an email and select all the contacts as in the example
below.

All 10 contacts in the example have been checked and
when compose email is then selected all of them get placed in the
To: field. You can drag your mouse over all of them or
select them all by right clicking and then copy them into a text
editor.

Here all the data has been pasted into notepad:

Finally you can see how the 10 contacts look if
carriage returns are placed after each comma that separates them.
