Account Lockouts in BearMail

If you are continually getting an "Invalid username or password" error when trying to log in, you will need to verify that your password is correct.  Off the main URSA login page is a password change link labeled "Forgot your password? Click here." This will only work if you have previously logged into URSA and set up your security questions.

If you still cannot log in after resetting your password or are unable to reset your password, please contact the UNC Technical Support Center at (970) 351-4357.
