“Who is My Advisor?”
All students on campus are assigned an academic advisor. It is very important that YOU take the time to meet with your advisor to go over your academic plan of study as well as to ask questions you have about your program and campus resources.

Students at UNC are required to meet with their assigned academic advisor at least once every semester. This is to help ensure that students are progressing successfully within their academic program, to verify that prerequisite courses have been completed, and to assist students in planning for a career or graduate studies. Students will obtain a PAC (personal access code) from their advisor each semester, which allows students access for course registration for the following semester.
