- Collaborate with entire campus community in all Orientation efforts
- Select, train, and supervise staff of Orientation Leaders, Student Coordinators, Graduate Assistant, and Program Coordinator
- Administer staff development through course, training, and weekly meetings
- Develop print and electronic publications
- Campus representative for Convocation, Bear Welcome, etc
- Budget management for Orientation
