Submit the online form below for general room reservations. Recital and Dress Rehearsal requests must still be submitted in the paper form with all required signatures.

Please be sure to include set-up/warm-up time in your room request as the room may be booked right up to your scheduled time.

Room reservations will be made in order of request date and time. Forms are processed Monday-Friday, 8am-12pm.

You will receive a confirmation, via email, as to whether or not you received the room you requested. If you received the room, please print the email and take it with you as proof of your reservation.
