The Asian/Pacific American Scholarship Fund
UNC and the Asian/Pacific American Student Services Program is committed to the success of students. The Asian Pacific American Scholarship is an award given in recognition of a student’s academic achievement and may be renewable.
To qualify for the scholarship, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Full time student at UNC
- A cumulative 3.0 grade point average
- Completion of 24 credit hours
- Be of Asian American or Pacific American descent as defined by the United State Census Bureau
- Completion of the Universal Scholarship form by March 1
Preference will be given to students in their second year at UNC at the time of the award
The recipient of the APA Scholarship is selected by an A/PASS representative and the UNC Minority Scholarship Committee.
This scholarship is possible through donations made by UNC alumni and the Greeley community. The $10,000.00 endowment is managed through the UNC Foundation. Each year the amount of the award for the scholarship is determined through the interest earned on the endowment.
