Special Requirements

Audiovisual Equipment : If requested at the time a proposal is submitted , UNC will provide ONLY a portable CD/cassette player, an overhead projector, or a VCR and television monitor. We cannot provide any other kind of audiovisual equipment. If you need equipment and do not request it in your proposal and do not receive a confirmation in your acceptance letter, you are responsible for supplying your own equipment. Equipment will NOT be available for persons who do not have a confirmed reservation with us , because we are ordering only what is requested at the time of proposal in order to reduce the conference fees as much as possible. If you do receive A/V equipment confirmation in your acceptance letter, please bring the letter with you to the conference.

Conference Program : The final, official program will be distributed to registered participants at conference check-in. We regret that we cannot guarantee accommodation of special scheduling requests because of the difficulty of rearranging panels. Presenters are expected to be available at any day and time that their session is scheduled. A preliminary (draft) program will be available here around February 1, 2004.
