Cancellation and Refunds : Requests for conference registration refunds, less a $50 administrative fee, will be honored until January 15. Because of catering commitments, we will be unable to refund tickets for the cultural award night or the student award luncheon after January 30. It is the Africana Studies policy to decline future proposals from individuals who do not appear as scheduled at a conference (i.e., "no-shows") without sufficient prior notification.
