Current UNC Students Attending Another Institution
- Please use the Transfer Credit Course Consent Form to obtain approval to transfer the class to UNC before transfer courses are taken at other institutions.
- Please use the UNC Transfer of Credit Form to obtain approval of equivalencies after courses are taken at other institutions.
GED Applicants
GED students must have earned a 550 or above to be eligible for admission to UNC. A qualifying score does not guarantee admission to UNC. Rather, the student’s GED score, along with their other supporting materials, will be reviewed on an individual basis and a holistic assessment will be made.
- Applicants are required to submit an official high school transcript reflecting coursework up until they stopped attending high school.
- Applicants who are under the age of 23 are required to submit official ACT or SAT scores.
- Applicants must submit a personal statement describing both interest in UNC and why they feel they are prepared to be academically successful at UNC.
