- Develop a Buddy mentoring program
- Expand the Learning Community concept past the freshman year but on another level besides classes (community service projects or service learning)
- Identify what is considered to be ‘the best’ by each college
- Recognized on a national level
- Hire strong and student focused faculty
- Stat-of-the-art technology
- Recruiting strategies for successful students
- Strong advising
- Raise more money for scholarships
