  • Big Buddy mentoring program (pair Jr/Sr students w/ incoming students)
  • CHE- like student support services for every student

Find Ways to Get there

  • Develop a Buddy mentoring program
  • Expand the Learning Community concept past the freshman year but on another level besides classes (community service projects or service learning)
  • Identify what is considered to be ‘the best’ by each college
    • Recognized on a national level
    • Hire strong and student focused faculty
    • Stat-of-the-art technology
    • Recruiting strategies for successful students
    • Strong advising
  • Raise more money for scholarships
