  1. Supportive academic environment
    1. More academic support services for students

  3. More academic centered, less athletics centered

- More money to academic departments, less to support athletics
- increased dining hall meal plan options.

If there is extra food on s meal plan, donate the food or the money rather then the campus keeping it

    More Alumni association presence on campus

    Goals- What Are They and How Do We Get There

                Concentrated Student Space in Greeley

    1. CSU has Old Town and Boulder has the Hill
    2. UNC could have 9th and 9th downtown
      1. Could encourage business to invest in those areas to help improve campus culture.
    3. students need to learn Greeley culture

    More participation on Campus

    1. More variety of the types of events held
    2. Do a better getting the word out to Greeley community and student populations
    3. Get more people to attend sporting events- make the crowd valued as the “12th” man

    Get people to stay on the weekends

    1. Recruit more out of state students who will stay here on the weekends
    2. Get more international students
    3. Provide an activity or location on campus for everyone to be involved in
      1. Not an event, but an activity
        1. A bowling ally
        2. Ice cream parlor
        3. Stop selling UC space and allow students to feel it is okay hanging out at a student center

    Make a supportive environment

    1. Better connect campus groups
      1. Make PVA students attend Cultural Center Activities
      2. Mandate that certain groups get involved with others

    Traditions- bring them back!

      • Freshmen should learn fight song at orientation and sign it at convocation
      • Continue Convocation
      • Require students to live on campus 2 years to keep them involved
